WebLife Labs is a digital agency working across web development, SEO, and design. I took their existing logo and built it out into a more cohesive brand system, developing consistent templates for recruitment posts, social media, and internal culture content, so the brand felt unified across every touchpoint instead of ad hoc per post. Alongside the identity work, I designed and built their website on Webflow, with the main goal of attracting talent rather than just showcasing services. The site highlights open roles, a referral reward program, and behind-the-scenes team culture (like their globally distributed team), all aimed at getting the right people to notice the agency and apply. The result is a brand and site that work together as a recruitment tool as much as a marketing one, reflecting how the company actually grows.
